Court of Appeals February 19 docket in Topeka by videoconference

TOPEKA—The Kansas Court of Appeals docket scheduled Wednesday, February 19, will be by videoconference because of adverse weather conditions.
 
The Topeka docket will be livestreamed and archived on the Kansas Court of Appeals YouTube channel.
